Accounts Payable Manager
We are a fast-growing, industry-leading services company serving the Northeast. As the result of our growth, we are searching for a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to lead our team of dedicated professionals. The role will be based in our Pawtucket, Rhode Island headquarters.
The Accounts Payable Manager will lead a team of 5-7 dedicated professionals on a transformation journey towards optimizing the AP process as it relates to ongoing operations and the integration of new M&A driven business partners.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Associate’s degree in Business, preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable as a supervisor or manager, with success in organizing and inspiring teams.
- Experience with managing KPI performance related to the AP workstream (Paid on time, Days to Pays, Invoice PO compliance and others)
- Proven experience using and maintaining financial systems/applications, with SAGE 300 CRE experience a plus.
- Experience maintaining the T&E submission and payment cycle, with experience implementing a new system a plus.
- Familiarity with advanced formulas in MS Excel
