In our quest, we are pursuing a motivated and dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join the team! This person will lead and generate sales activities to enhance market presence, customer base, and be the driver of company growth. The ideal candidate will be target-driven with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively to achieve sales metrics and goals for the organization.
Though fully remote, candidates must reside in the Phoenix, AZ metro-area.
Status: FTE | Exempt
Rate: $65-$80k Commission | (Commission plan inclusive of standard industry financial incentives)
Location: Remote | Phoenix, AZ Metro-Area required
Do you possess the abilities to aide us on our quest....?
- Identify potential customers and build prospect pipelines through networking initiatives, email communications, partners, social, and cold calling.
- Develop innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals and metrics; Determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies.
- Work to establish new accounts across the U.S.; Study sales volume and industry trends to understand how to best penetrate the market and gain consumer interest.
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts that address customer needs.
- Resolve client complaints and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
- Prepare sales budget and monitor expenses.
- Prepare regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Review and analyze sales operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
- Answer inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing or new use of products, services, or other related information.
- Create and deliver engaging sales presentations that are compelling, accurate, and informative.
- Gather and record customer information such as names, addresses, and points of contact in CRM; Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and requests in CRM.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience selling professional services, experience selling Project Management or comparable PMO services a plus!
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas; Determination to meet and exceed sales goals and/or metrics.
- Experienced and comfortable working and communicating with executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Exceptional sales presentation skills; Should be comfortable presenting to the Executive Management level internally and externally.
- Ability to work autonomously, collaboratively, and cross-functionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation ability.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn new software used for recording information and processing client requests (CRM programs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Previous experience working in a PMO or Project Management capacity advantageous.
