Job Title: Sr Program Manager, B2C Pokémon Center Stores
Job Summary: The Senior Program Manager for B2C Pokémon Center Stores must possess both creative and analytical skills, with excellent coordination, management, and influencing abilities. They must work effectively throughout the entire store execution process, from vision creation to rapid product development, go-to-market strategies, implementation, and execution. The Senior Program Manager must be able to synthesize various content to create top-quality experiences that will be appreciated by players, volunteers, and customers alike. They will discuss and sometimes debate ideas and work with senior leaders of TPCi. The role requires outstanding written and oral communication skills, data analysis proficiency, business judgment, project planning, execution, and the ability to navigate ambiguity successfully. The Senior Program Manager will partner closely with the TPCi team responsible for creating global experiences such as Worlds and international and regional tournaments that aim to unite people through the Pokémon community.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop the long-term retail (event, pop-up, mobile) strategy and methodology and framework to guide market expansion
- Direct and influence the management of internal teams and external vendors to plan and implement Pokémon Center physical stores
- Work with design, fabrication, product production and merchandising, marketing, logistics, security, property, store and line build/take-down and operations, finance and technical teams, customer service, and service providers on requirements gathering, scoping, implementation and documentation for store and line build, operations and removal
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and operations of key internal processes covering change/incident/problem/release management
- Deliver regular reports on the results of these processes along with recommendations for improvements to increase customers, expenses, and revenue
- Author and deliver documentation and training for all processes
- Balance requirements, resources, dependencies, dates, and more across multiple internal and external teams
- Handle the intake of issues and feature requests
- Manage external retail merchandising and fixture partners
What you’ll bring
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in complex retail/product project/program management roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Management, Operations Management, Program/Product Management and/or equivalent working experience.
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to translate business need and long-term vision into functional requirements and implement for solutions and services.
- Experience with project management for large-scale global, multi-million dollar projects spanning cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong process/system background and proven ability to rapidly understand, use and drive improvements in new processes/systems
- Strong critical and creative thinking, analytical capabilities and ability to drive resolution in ambiguous situations
- Technical aptitude and experience using retail software systems and Agile development methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian applications, Tableau
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally about 6 times per year

- Base salary range: $125,000.00 - $187,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. For this role, new hires generally start between $125,000.00 - $148,200.00. Final base salary is uniquely related to each candidate’s qualifications and experience.
