Job Summary
Baked goods are an essential part of the dining experience at The Porch, so we are looking for a baker who would be responsible for the quality, quantity and timeliness of bakery production. The baker will prepare baked goods, recipes, and production procedures under strict food safety conditions.

Essential Functions
- Prepare all baked goods daily according to The Porch recipes, maintaining correct portion sizes.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all baked goods, producing them to meet specifications.
- Distribute all products to proper areas of service.
- Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
