The Powell Agency is one of the fastest growing Insurance Agencies in the DFW Metroplex as well as one of the Top 10% of Agencies nationwide and we want to grow even more! We are now accepting resumes for Sales Managers to join our growing team in Plano, Texas.
This position offers a competitive base salary commissions bonuses benefits including retirement plan options.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license.
The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.
