DRF Primary Care gym has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, Health and Wellness professional to join our team in Bothell, WA!

Manager on Duty Responsibilities:
-Assist front desk, retail desks/areas as needed
- Greet all members & patients with a smile including good-byes
-Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
- Communicate special events to members and guests
-Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
- Facilitate all member requests and follow ups
-Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members
- Assist in collection & tracking of member payments
- Facility Management via club walks and checklists (Creating Opening/Closing protocol)
-Develop Cleaning Checklist, Equipment Out of Order Log, AED servicing etc.
- Proper administration and timely submission of all reports, documents and
information
- Execute all safety procedures and policies
- Know club facility, services and schedules
- Know, understand and follow all policies, procedures and standards
-May be required to work extra hours to cover group exercise classes.
-Assist in all projects as delegated by the Dr. Freeman

-Must be available for biweekly and monthly meetings
Qualifications:
- B.S. Degree in Kinesiology or Health Science
- Minimum 1 year experience coaching/training
- Minimum 1 year experience personal training and program design
- Good understanding of rehabilitative exercises and strength training
- Experience working with Zen Planner software
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Certifications:
ACSM- CPT
NSCA- CSCS or CPT
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
