We are seeking a Digital Media Specialist to manage our brands through online initiatives and
paid ad campaigns that increase engagement and sales.
Digital Media Specialist responsibilities include creating, disseminating and monitoring content
that boosts customer engagement via online channels. This individual will also be responsible
for basic SEO, responding to customers’ queries and comments while analyzing results of
online initiatives, acting as a steward of our brand’s voice.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to develop strategy for integrated media campaigns
- Assist creative team to select the appropriate media for their projects across different
media platforms
- Schedule placement of content on digital media channels
- Create content for digital media platforms
- Write content for search engine optimization
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital media channels
- Monitor impact and return on investment of digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance of websites and interactive initiatives using Google Analytics
- Recommend and utilize budgets for online advertising through Google Ads and
Campaign Manager
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience in digital media, marketing or related field
- Knowledge of social media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram, Tik-Tok, YouTube,
Google, Yelp and others
- Familiarity with paid media execution
- Basic budgeting skills and ability to reconcile paid digital media placements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- BS in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or relevant field
Pay is based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.15 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
