What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Therapist position at The Psychology Center?
The Psychology Center is seeking adult generalist, child/adolescent, and/or family providers to join our multidisciplinary practice group in Madison, WI. Interested candidates should have a broad range of experience. Specialization with providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families or is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psycho-diagnostic evaluations to assess diagnosis and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy
- Opportunities to provide group, couples, and family therapy
- Attend bi-weekly staff and case consultation meetings
- Participate in limited projects or committee work focused on developing clinic programs, promoting high standards of care, and supporting healthy workplace culture
Qualifications
- Applicants must have a Master's degree and hold a Wisconsin license in professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, or clinical social work and be in good standing with the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board or be licensure eligible
- Applicants seeking full-time employment are preferred, but applicants seeking part-time employment will also be considered

Compensation and benefits
- Full time psychologists at The Psychology Center have excellent income potential and can earn production-based salaries of $90,000
- Clinicians at The Psychology Center are also eligible to participate in a very strongly supported 401K program which presently includes a 4% match, a 3% safe harbor contribution, and profit sharing
- Additional benefits include long term disability insurance, a contribution for continuing education expenses, and partially supported health care and dental benefits
- Flexible work schedules with ability to set own hours
- Hybrid work available with up to 50% remote work
