The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the executive(s) and TPG staff, when needed. This includes screening the executive’s phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
- Prioritize emails when instructed and respond when necessary
- Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)
- Handle printing, mail/overnight packages, copying, etc.
- Submit expenses on behalf of executive(s)
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team preferred
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Language Skills
- Ability to communicate professionally, in English, both written and orally
- Ability to write business correspondence and process procedures
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver’s License
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone
- Frequently is required to walk and sit; moderately required to stand
- Occasionally needs to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus
Commitment Limitations
- May not make a non-budgeted expenditure or commitment of the Company in excess of $500.00 without approval from Executive(s)
- May not enter into any contractual arrangements with a client
