JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources Department. The main responsibility of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to drive the recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner. We are looking for a talented and motivated Specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring exceptional team members
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for the company preference.
· Maintain database of all job descriptions.
· Work with department heads to develop and update job descriptions.
· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
· Review and update recruiting processes for the organization and train department heads on the processes,
· Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes using initial interviews or other methods.
· Create and update candidate spreadsheet for tracking purposes; source Applicant Tracking System for future use.
· Set a standard timeline for candidate engagement once candidates apply.
MINIMUM & PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
· Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or closely related field from an Accredited College or University.
· Required: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources with a minimum 3 or more years’ experience in Recruiting.
· Required: Hands on experience with various selection processes (assessments, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc).
· Required: Must possess the competencies (as listed above).
· Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Products
· Preferred: Experience working with applicant tracking systems.
· Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Preferred: Through understanding of federal and state employment laws.
JOB EXPECTATIONS & COMPENSATION
· Up to $60,000 annually
· Offers Hybrid Schedule

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
