Summary:
Max’s Kansas City is situated inside The Rabbit hOle–the nation’s first museum dedicated to children’s literature–and features menu items pulled from the stories featured in the museum’s exhibit displays.
Responsibilities:
--Assist in creation of menu items under the guidance of Chef Zaid and Cafe Supervisor Mely
--Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area; adhere faithfully to KCMO Food Handling Safety Protocol and Regulations
--Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a positive experience for our Guests
--Lead dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed
--Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation
Requirements:
--Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred)
--Basic knowledge of food prep techniques and kitchen equipment
--Strong communication skills to effectively work with team members and interact with customers
--Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
--Flexibility to work early evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
--Currently Food Safety certified in Missouri

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
