Skills and responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the day to day activities provided by the residential program.
provide guidance for therapeutic groups/activities as needed.
model healthy behaviors, boundaries and social skills.
documentation significant interactions and observations with the residents in shift logbook.
provide general guidance and support to clients and assisting with daily living activities.
accountable for resident population curfew and security of the premises. coordinate early morning activities, ( rising, medication, breakfast, transportation ETC.) evening/weekend activities.
Body and bag checks are done, when clients go and come from home visits, or family daily visits.
medication administration

Qualifications
A valid NYS drivers licence
experience in a direct care residential setting.
ability to constructively work with and teens to adults population.
ability to maintain consistent and accurate implementation of policies and procedures.
