BOTTLE SERVICE SALES REP/ EVENTS ASSISTANT
ORDER OF REPORT:
Bottle Service Sales Rep/Events Assistant reports to the VIP Hospitality Manager
POSITION SUMMARY:
Bottle Service Sales Rep/Events Assistant has the responsibility of booking tables through several inquiry outlets and providing administrative assistance to the Events Manager. The position includes calling clients, setting and exceeding sales goals, inter-office communications, filling out event forms, and upholding company policies and procedures at all times.

THE POSITION DUTIES TO INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Ensures a good relationship with our Bottle Service clients

Exhibits excellent follow up skills; reaching out to bottle service clients to maintain retention

Has a good understanding of alcohol brands and pricing

Utilizes effective time management

Accommodates and anticipates guest’s needs

Ensure all service standards meet company guidelines

Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, and reports in an organized and timely manner

Provides administrative support as needed

Achieves company objectives in sales, service, and quality,

Maintains Urvenue software system (per The Reserve POS standard operating procedures)

Keep the Reserve bottle service structure with the booking software Urvenue

Booking tables via email, text, and phone

Guestlist relations, reaching out to celebs, influencers, athletes to come to the venue.

Follow-up with guests from the weekend prior to ensure the proper expectations were up to par (email or phone) based on the Inquiries

Making sure all leads on the back end are working for both events and bottle service inquiries

Send confirmation texts to each customer day of to confirm their table reservation

Bringing in personal clients/ going out to scout clients to come to the venue

Use urvenue booking system to input all client information for tables booked

Meet with Events Manager to go over upcoming events and fill out any essential paperwork needed for management
Ensure this paperwork is placed in the correct folder in the google drive
WEEKLY SCHEDULE
The schedule will always change from time to time but it will mostly be as followed:
15-20 hours a week
PAY RATE/PERKS:
You will start off at a base rate of $300 per week plus 5% commission on the net spend for every table booked.
Salary : $300 - $800
