Buying and Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client is growing!!

Based in North Andover, they are seeking an organized and detail oriented Buying and Supply Chain Coordinator to work onsite full time in their corporate office.

Experience in consumer goods or retail purchasing, procurement, and supply chain coordination with international experience is highly preferred.

Starting salary between 55-70k depending on experience. Bonus opportunity up to 10% of salary and 100% company paid health insurance for individual employee.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone to be a part of the team that is directly responsible for managing inventory forecasting, placing purchase orders with international manufacturing partners, managing timelines, shipping, and ensuring quality product delivery. Coordinate with different departments including design, sales, and major retailers. You must have exceptional communication and organization skills and be able to work in a high stress environment. With overseas manufacturing this role requires someone willing to put the time in and communicate in different time zones. We need you to match our energy and ambition to drive our products and brands to be the biggest and best in the world! We look for strong analytical skills and an amazing eye for detail. A genuine skill in administration and ability to “get the job done”. To be successful you must meet the demands of our customers, people friendly and career driven.

Qualifications:

Must include business related qualifications and/ or at least 2 years of experience in administration, and/or international buying process.

- Knowledge and understanding in Excel is preferred and a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison between departments with exceptional and clear communication.
• Liaison with overseas offices and factories with exceptional and clear communication (different time zone).
• Problem solving.
• High skills in Data entry and management.
• Place Purchase orders.
• Weekly reports.
• Ability to brief a team.
• Artwork approval.
• Check and approve samples.
• Contribute to internal meetings.
