Revenue Group is looking for an experienced tele sales agent to generate sales in a fast-paced environment. Telesales agents are responsible for contacting businesses to identify potential customers and to inform them about a product or service using a script.
They are tasked with answering questions about products while asking questions to understand the customer requirements. After 90 days, we offer a full benefits package including : PTO, medical, vision, dental, 401K, Employee Assistance Program, 8 paid holidays and much more!
The shift for this position is 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm EST Monday to Friday; with the potential to earn up to 40 hours. (Training hours are first 5 days 9 : 00am to 4 : 00pm EST with 1 hour lunch)
The hourly rate is $18.00 plus a monthly bonus potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scripted talks to businesses explaining the benefits of the products or services to persuade potential customers.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements and persuade them to buy.
- Navigate Microsoft Excel tables for information while on the phone.
- Record sales enrollment information accurately in a computer system.
- Complete a third-party verification for each agreed contract.
- Work with multiple computer applications while simultaneously taking inbound / outbound calls.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :
- 2 Years business-to-business sales experience (Must have)
- Call center experience.
- Microsoft Excel experience.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Understanding of customer service practices and principles.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 7 Year Background Check.
