Warehouse Inventory Associate - Springfield, VA

Starting at $20/hr

Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

The Rounds is searching for an Inventory Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and is passionate about the organization. You will play a crucial role in managing the back-stocking of inbound inventory, ensuring accurate inventory counts, pulling products for the production, and maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our facility. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and previous warehouse experience will contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse.

• Manage backstocking of inbound inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Pull products from inventory for the prep team to produce finished products. 
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to transport and store inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

• You have 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience, demonstrating your familiarity with inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
• You possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring inventory counts and backstock locations are precise. 
• You excel in maintaining an organized workspace and are skilled at efficiently locating and retrieving items from inventory.
• You prioritize safety and strictly adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• You can quickly adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced work setting.
• You are comfortable using inventory management systems and are open to learning new technologies that may enhance efficiency in warehouse operations.
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Ability to lift 50lbs
