SCOPE: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Seed Company. This individual will construct a cohesive content and marketing strategy with a focus on maximizing content and aligning Seed Company brand narrative to themes, personas, marketing calendar, deliverable to support an omni-channel experience and journey.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Cultivate and set marketing strategies targeted at driving advocacy, traffic, engagement, generating leads, building brand awareness and that addresses both business goals and audience needs.
· Work in mutuality with Design and Communications teams to bring cohesive strategy to creative, messaging, and brand.
· Collaborate with project manager(s), design, and communications team leads
on research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, design, and testing of new product concepts.
· Plan and execute seasonal marketing themes and communications for investor audience(s) and distill progress results to apply data-driven insights to future content strategies.
· Design, build, and maintain marketing initiatives for specific investor audience(s).
· Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
· Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
· Working with team leads to define and present research findings to Experience domain directors.
· Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with Creative Director and other functional team leads.
· Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop optimized investor experiences.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
· Leverage analytics tools to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making.
· Stay abreast of changing digital marketing technologies, and corporate, organization, and industry standards.
· Aspire to be a leader and mentor; challenge, grow and mentor peers and contribute to fostering a collaborative team spirit.
OTHER DUTIES:
• Attend and participate in a variety of meetings as directed and maintain the required level of knowledge about operating procedures, requirements, processes, and policies.
• Lead (in partnership with Project Manager) or participate in projects or task force groups which focus on issues having an organization-wide impact.
• Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasional exertion up to 10 pounds, lifting a box of paper, moving chairs, tables and sliding doors.
TRAVEL:
Domestic travel is expected, one week a year.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• A strong portfolio of work demonstrating marketing skills and breadth of work.
• Creative inventor with the ability to articulate big and breakthrough ideas.
