Position Title: Data Entry Specialist/ Administrative Assistant
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55454
Reason for need: They’ve had an influx of trainings and need administrative support to help with all of the duties that they cannot get to own their own with their trainers/FTE staff.
Project Details: Support with entering rosters into LMS, creating enrollments, updating digital signage, help with answering phone calls or any additional administrative functions.
Must Have Skills:
1. Microsoft office - Word Processing Skills & Computer Aptitude
2 . Previous Administrative and/or Data Entry experience (2 years)
3. Good with Time Management, Flexibility, and ability to adapt
Nice to Have Skills:
- A lot of software experience
- LMS or Learning background
- Utilities experience
