Dealership Clerical Position- Service Department

North Country Subaru is a family owned and operated dealership that is focused on customer satisfaction and long relationships with both our employees and customers. Our Service and Parts Departments are very busy. We are looking for the right person to join our team and help with day-to-day tasks including, but not limited to-

• Answering and making calls with customers/Reception
• Assisting with warranty claims, recalls, and associated bookkeeping
• Service file maintenance
• Rental car assistance
• Scanning
• Helping at service desk

Qualifications:

-Applicants must have experience in a closely related field. Experience in an auto dealership is a plus.
-Must have good customer relation skills, and must be able to work closely with technicians. -Must have good phone and personal skills.
-Must have basic knowledge of usual auto maintenance procedures
-Must display responsibility, timeliness, respectfulness, and work ethic.
-Must thrive in a fast paced work environment, but can make effective use of down time.
-Must be competent with computers and spreadsheets.
-Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities:

-Must be able to cooperate with management.
-Perform all of (but not limited to) the bullet points above.
-Assist with-Scheduling, Billing and Warranty administration.
-Communicate directly with parts staff and managers
-Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Must be available to work on Saturdays

This is a full time position. It is hourly pay with overtime when needed. That way you'll never be asked to work more than 40 hours on a set salary.
