Are You A Highly Motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent? Do you love helping people find the home of their dreams? So, do we! Our team is looking for a passionate and eager Maryland licensed, buyer's agents to join our team. Your primary job duty would be to advise and guide clients throughout the home buying process. Within that process as a buyer’s agent, you will nurture leads, show clients potential homes, draft offers, negotiate on behalf of your client, attend inspections and walkthroughs, and oversee the contract through post-closing.

Other Responsibilities include:

- Actively participate in team huddles, meetings, one-on-one and group trainings with team and team lead.

- Respond quickly to potential buyer inquiries, make notes in our database after accessing their needs and conversating with them about the current state of the market and potential neighborhoods or areas they are interested in moving to.

- Make prospecting calls, work open houses and follow-up with team-generated leads.

- Follow-up on a consistent basis with Leads and current clients of The Shawn Cathey Team.

- Provide Mortgage Loan and Lender information that meets the specific needs of each buyer.

- Keep provided database and lead tracker tools up to date with the most current lead and client information.

- Utilize our sales system and training program to continuously grow your business.

- Abide by all established guidelines set forth by leadership.

- Team Players are a must!

Qualifications:

- Maryland Real Estate License

- Minimum 1 Year Experience and successfully closed a minimum of one sale per month in the last 12 months.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and fulltime access to a vehicle

- Ability and Willingness to work 40 or more hours per week including some evenings and weekends.

- Part of or the ability to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

- Possess a high level of written and verbal communication skills.

- Maintain & prioritize daily schedule.

- Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
