Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in our retail environment.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Train, develop, and mentor staff on product knowledge, store policies, and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper merchandising
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliations
- Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail environment with a focus on store management
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Knowledge of the firearms industry in regards to safe handling and product knowledge
- Must be 21 years of age and be able to possess an Arizona Issued CCW

Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience as an instructor or teacher
- Knowledge and creativity to assist with social media
- Marketing strategies

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
