What You’ll Do:
- Implement & Execute business process and models
- Maintain complex schedules
- Prepare listing presentations and market reports
- Reconcile expenses and prepare expense reports
- Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
- Open and distribute mail
- Prepare all marketing mailings
- Handle client inquiries
- Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
- Prepare, post and distribute marketing material
- Commit to 1:1 coaching sessions weekly, daily meetup and weekly Partner Call
