Litigation Mass Tort Paralegal
Job Posting for Litigation Mass Tort Paralegal at The Simon Law Firm, PC
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated paralegal for our mass torts department. This position involves significant client interaction, managing case files, reviewing files for necessary medical record requests, preparing medical summaries, maintaining excel sheets on all client data, preparing Plaintiff Fact Sheets/Profile Forms, as well as other day to day tasks. Additional requirements include knowledge of databases, MS Office skills, strong organizational skills, ability to meet firm deadlines and communicate well, able to balance multiple priorities and lastly be willing and able to work successfully on a team. The ideal candidate will be reliable and able to work in a busy, time-sensitive environment. We work hard, keep a fast pace, and expect everyone's best.
