Compensation:$75,000
Responsibilities:- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Organized and manages time effectively
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

About The Snyder Team
We are a top-producing team in the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin with 100 years of combined experience in the real estate field commencing over 4000 real estate transactions. Last year we (10 agents) closed nearly 300 homes. We specialize in residential (Listing / Selling), New Construction, Land, Farm, and Recreation. We use advanced CRMs and automated follow-up techniques to convert cold leads into warm leads and have transaction coordinators and admin staff handle most of the paperwork. Our goal is to hire agents that are producing, but could use another 10-15 transactions per year to make their career worthwhile! We will provide the hands-on coaching and support that larger brokerages can't and at the same time, provide enough QUALITY leads for you to be successful and build your career better than it is now!
