Job Description:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Socher Team/Speedy Offers, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales team by identifying and recruiting top-tier real estate and administrative and operational professionals. This offers you the chance to earn substantial income while contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract experienced and motivated real estate agents.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with our team culture.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates to meet our ongoing staffing needs.
- Collaborate with sales managers to understand team requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to new recruits during the onboarding process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets to maximize commission earnings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or a related recruiting to commission only sales roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the qualities that make a successful agent.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and team building.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Real estate sales is a commission only sales industry having knowledge and experience recruiting and hiring to a commission only sales role is the key to success in this role.
