We are a fast growing media company that produces high quality print publications. We currently have publications in 8 different cities throughout the United States. We are excited to be expanding into the Kansas City area this Year and are looking for a Publishing Director to lead our sales effort for our next publication.
The primary role of the Publishing Director is scheduling and meeting face to face with local businesses, typically the business owner or head of marketing. Previous experience in advertising sales or similar with a proven track record as well as the ability to close sales is what we are looking for!
As an independent contractor, this position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to manage your own schedule and work from the comfort of your home office while also meeting face to face with the businesses. We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined individual who can build strong, long-term relationships with successful business owners.
Key Qualifications:
· Previous experience in advertising sales or outside sales (required)
· Strong work ethic, drive and ambition to build a book of business quickly
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
