Summary
The HR Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to other HR professionals by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Assist with Their duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, training, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal database (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR Documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event)

Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Microsoft Office
- Data Entry experience
- Strong Communication Skills
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 / OSHA 30 Certified
- Associate Degree
