Job Description: Experienced Restaurant General Manager

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of leadership and success? Join our team at The Spot, a new tap house in Lodi, CA, as our Restaurant General Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations and lead our team to continued excellence.

Responsibilities:

•    Oversee daily operations of the tap house, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

•    Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

•    Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and increase profitability.

•    Assist in Hiring, training, and managing a talented team of servers and kitchen staff

•    Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

•    Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.

•    Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, and community partners.

•    Analyze financial performance and prepare regular reports for ownership or management.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.

•    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

•    Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.

•    Proficient in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office suite.

•    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
