Purpose of Position The Account Manager is a critical role to ensure client success, satisfaction, and longevity by delivering projects that benefit clients with the goal of maintaining/growing our client reference base. This role will assist with the identification of opportunities by focusing on SSI products and identifying areas where our solutions can improve process and have a clear ROI; and, by facilitating support and properly assessing client needs. This is a client-centric delivery role focused on short-term projects with clients. Responsible for leading a team to deliver service engagements with key clients, define process and technology improvements based on key metrics in order to establish and maintain strong partnerships and satisfaction with SSI.       Duties and Responsibilities Essential Functions Establish business meetings with SSI clients, working toward persistent client relationships with key accounts in the SSI portfolio. Execute projects in a manner to develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of SSI solutions according to client needs and objectives. Forecast and track key account metrics, and follow-up with clients on their performance. Develop and manage the Client Scorecard, including At Risk monitoring and reporting internally to SSI leadership. Lead a team of Client Service Managers in support of Enhance department and organization impact by participating in opportunities to add value to client accounts. Responsible for keeping clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a project basis. Track associated client issues to mitigate problems proactively. Monitor and analyze client usage of SSI products, and ensuring the client has full understanding of the suite of SSI products available. Responsible for working with the Sales, Support and Implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration with new clients.     Marginal Functions Other duties as assigned.       Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Must be a self-starter in order to accomplish strategic goals. Perform a variety of client-facing tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Proven account management or other relevant experience Expert at Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power Point), Salesforce and help desk support software Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-oriented environment. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Excellent time and project management skills. Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. Must be able to travel by commercial airlines and other transportation up to 75%       Security Roles and Responsibilities Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policies; Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference; Execute particular security processes or activities; Ensure responsibility is assigned to the individual for actions taken; and Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the InfoSec department.       Experience and Education Requirements Education Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s degree required     Years of Experience Minimum Years of Experience Comments 3 At least three (3) years experience in healthcare, software development, or client services preferred.. 0 Some supervisory experience preferred.     Certifications Min/Preferred Certification Description Preferred HFMA Revenue Cycle Certification HFMA Revenue Cycle Certification is a plus. Minimum Driver's License Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and be insurable through the company’s insurance carrier.     A combination of experience and advanced education may be substituted. Background checks and drug test required.
