The Stand is a fun, fast-paced, family-owned neighborhood restaurant chain that serves amazing Burgers, Hot Dogs, Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts & More. With locations across Los Angeles and Orange County, we are the premier place for Classic American food with a twist.
We’re Looking for senior cashiers that have the following

As a senior cashier, You’ll spend your day interacting with our awesome guests and team members!
- Greeting guests
- Taking orders at the register
- Promoting our Stand App so our guests can get rewards
- Cashiering
- Running orders to guests
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- Baking Cookies & Brownies
- Portioning Sauces & our amazing pickles
- Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to new team members on each shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve team member performance feedback.
- Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by the shift team.
- FOH Expo Master: Ensures QUALITY and ACCURACY of all food, beverages, and desserts consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Senior cashier Requirements:
- Ability to direct the work of others by “taking the lead” creating a“Get it Done as a Team environment”.
- Quick Learner
- Restaurant Experience or management experience leading a team is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Schedule:
- Full Time : 25hrs x week
- Night Shift: 4PM- Clsoe
Compensation:
- Pay: Up to $22/hr
- Hourly Tips ($3-$4)
