What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Consultant position at The Standard?
Responsibilities:
· Establish relationships with Dispensary staff, management, and owners, and the ability to get in front of key decision makers/buyers of dispensaries.
·Share your vast knowledge of our products with dispensaries and help them understand the value our products bring to patients.
·Highly focused on adding new accounts, and continuing to build business in existing accounts. Be available and responsive to help, no matter what the situation.
·Keep management informed of new products in the market and provide suggestions of how to compete.
· Travel throughout Oklahoma in assigned territory
-Reach company quota for cold calling new prospects each week.
-Maintain existing accounts and continue to build on relationships.
-Willing and capable to take part in or host events.
-Keep up to date on your CRM program.
Job Type: Full-time
Total Compensation- $36,000- $100,000 per year which includes base salary, commission, and bonus.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of CRM
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cannabis Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Any industry sales experience welcomed
License/Certification:
- Driver's License, with good driving record and reliable transportation
- 2 year Oklahoma residency to obtain transport license (preferred)
