Pay:
$18 - $20 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Administers, tracks and updates the DRP employee PC property refresh list. Maintains the PC Budget tracking and purchasing inventory. Produces reports and other materials for the Division leadership team for desktop equipment needs. Meets with District office stakeholders to identify needs assessments, budget and other enterprise account information.
Coordinates with the Office of Technology and Information Services (OTIS), DRP leadership team, and other DRP staff to improve desktop equipment and peripherals by recommending and developing purchases and other equipment that create efficiencies and maximizes budget goals. Disseminates information regarding upgrades, security and other software patches required to maintain compliance with Department level IT standards.
Provides phone support and training to DRP users for standardized PC desktop refresh protocol. Provides a clear point of contact for the Division for PC and other desktop related infrastructure needs. Maintains Cherwell ticketing for onboarding of new employee PC desktop and other active directory accounts. Helps to maintain inventories and other data tracking by paying close attention to the nature of inquiries and feedback from users and other stakeholders.
Performs other duties as assigned. Some travel required, occasionally over-night to perform mission critical duties.
