Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling and following up on leads.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions.
- Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales field.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
