Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to organize and coordinate administration duties at our busy restaurant and music venue. Your role is to receive and organize end of night close out reports, manage tip out procedures, and maintain financial reporting, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. Night Auditor duties and responsibilities include organizing the office and putting systems in place and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Previous experience as an office administrator would be an advantage. You'll need proficiency with and Google Suite including sheets, as well as strong communication skills. The goal is to keep everything organized and accessible in order to keep our operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Be a team member who are invested in creating a fun, professional and caring environment.
• Receive and organize all FOH employee close out reports
• Cash handling - maintaining cash logs and balances
• Manage tip sheets and communicate daily with F&B team
• Communicate discrepancies with accounting and F&B Director
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs

Looking for:

• Proven experience as a cash handler
• A willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Docs / Slides / office machines (e.g. printers)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Pay: $1,200.00 per week
