Property Inspection Coordinator

Full-Time
Salary: $15.00-17.00 /hourly

Description: 
The Property Inspection is responsible for conducting our bi-annual inspection on our 700 properties throughout Columbia to make sure our units are well taken care of and there is no substantial damage to the properties. They will also take the time to replace the HVAC filter at that time. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property inspections.
  • Conduct HVAC filter changes.
  • Go to the City of Columbia and CHA inspections. 

Requirements:
  • High level of mobility.
  • High level of ethics.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to use smartphones and learn the software. 
  • Must be able to lift more than 50lbs and walk some distance. 
  • Ability to spend all day on your feet.

Education:
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • College degree NOT required.

Preferred Experience:
Property inspections.
