Systems is looking for an experienced General Manager that is ready to hit the ground running in Blytheville, AR! This position is long term.

General Manager Job Responsibilities:
- High energy, detail-oriented manager capable of having competing demands and deadlines.
- Offers support and assistance with the whole of the organization.
- Contributes to training and development of the team.
- Assists in directing the development of plans for the organization to achieve targets.
- Offers support to all other departments in matters related to production, quality, logistics and coordination.
- Assists in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organization.
- Sets an example for team members of commitment, ethics, and personal character.
- Understands how to manage through accountability and encouragement in a high stress environment.
- Assists in directing all aspects of the business operations, including purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, warehousing, shipping/receiving, quality assurance, and customer service.
- Maintains and nurtures a dynamic and competent workforce through a robust performance driven culture.
- Works with senior management to ensure the facility’s operational activities and tactical actions are executed.
- Drives standardization practices throughout the organization.
- Able to adapt and change courses quickly and transparently.

Experience and Requirements:
- 5 years operational experience in an industrial setting is preferred
