Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food service, kitchen management, and food production.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train and supervise staff in all aspects of food handling, preparation, and service.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
- Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Collaborate with bartending staff to develop and promote specialty cocktails and beverages.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback.
- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among employees.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
