Job Summary:
The Branch Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the local Teehive location. This includes, but is not limited to: Prospecting New Clients, Sales and Revenue Growth, Production, Order Management, Quality Control, Managing Cost of Goods, Personnel, and overall Profitability. The Branch Store Manager will manage a team of one to two employees who are responsible for Sales, Customer Service, and Production.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, ensuring The Colony meets or exceeds its financial targets.
- Learn & Teach our vast Product Offerings and Decoration Methods.
- Train and Mentor your team consistently, and report measurable KPI’s for their success.
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products are created and delivered on time.
- Maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure every product aligns with The Teehive's high standards.
- Qualify and Prospect New Clients & Partnerships within the Community
- Attend off-site Chamber of Commerce Events, and Community Celebrations, representing The Teehive Company to keep us visible within the community
- Manage the profitability of the colony, including Budget Management, Cost Control, and Financial Analysis.
- Supervise, Guide, and Evaluate the performance of the Sales, Customer Service, and Production Employees.
- Coordinate with the Regional Manager to provide updates on The Colony's performance and progress towards company goals.
- Identify and implement process improvements within your location to increase productivity
- Organize and Oversee Staff Schedules
- Implement our Human Resources Tools to coach their Employees, to include Disciplinary Action and Termination, if necessary.
- Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive and long-term customer relationships.
- Ensures that the store always looks clean and inviting.
- Creatively Collaborating with other Colony Managers remotely to improve processes as The Teehive Brand continues to grow.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field highly preferred, but less formal education with more on-the-job experience may be substituted.
- At least two years of experience in a Customer-Facing, Customer Service Role
- At least two years of experience Managing others
- Background in Marketing, Sales or Promotional Products is a plus
- Works well under pressure and deadlines; ability to multitask.
- Have the ability to stand for long periods and operate printers and heat presses
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly Organized both digitally and physically
