Rollon by Timken is growing! We are seeking a dynamic individual to support our geogrpahically diverse Sales Team. This position reports to the Director of Sales and will travel with the Sales Team as needed for business meetings and events throughout the year (overnight, air travel). In order to be successfull in this position, you must have advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The Key Functions Of This Position Are As Follows

  • Weekly Sales Forecasting - collect each region's forecast and populate master xls
  • Weekly and monthly order intake and sales figures - collect and populate master xls, distribute to appropriate teammates
  • Travel with the Sales Team to support their efforts in the field
  • Track and report out on sales commissions
  • Organize and manage Sales meetings and events
  • Trade Show attendance to support the Sales and Marketing teams (set up/tear down booth)
  • Create PPT presentations and other documents to support the Sales Team

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is Sales or Marketing
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a corporate Sales, Marketing, or Administrative support role
  • US Citizen or Greencard holder (no sponsorship available for this position)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables and VLookups)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS PowerPoint experience
  • Ability to travel 10-15% of the time, including air and overnights (domestic and international)
