What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at The Twist?
We are looking for someone who has had at least two years experience in customer service and who has excellent communication skills - with both customers and with the employees they will be supervising and training. The day to day responsibilities of this position would include: learning the basics of both our ice cream and coffee menus, how to create all of our products sold on a daily basis, training and working with with our newest and youngest employees, learning all the "ins-and-outs" of how our store works: POS system, taking orders, and store maintenance. We feel we have some of the employees around. They are a positive, kind, hardworking group of mostly young people. Hours are a mixture of days, late afternoons, and early evenings with rotating weekends.
