Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management principles and practices
- Knowledge of low voltage and high voltage systems
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and other departments
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
