Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Marketing Supervisor, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting the Marketing and Sales Department in promoting and spreading the word of our exemplary care model, while recruiting new patients to our primary and specialty care centers.
Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to manage many projects at once while staying within deadline for each project.
- Attend weekly meetings, take notes, and organize action items.
- Schedule advertising efforts with outside vendors as needed.
- High attention to detail and above average proofreading skills.
- Utilize Word Press to manage website content.
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns.
- Create & publish approved social medial posts.
- Monitor and maintain integrity on local listings, such as Google.
- Assist in tracking of marketing campaigns to help determine return on investment.
- Assist with photo/video as needed.
- Archive advertising and media assets including print and digital.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as requested.
- Deploy monthly mailings working internally & with outside vendors.
- Provide ongoing support to marketing team leadership.
- Assistance with sales-driven events as needed.
- Preparing & ordering marketing items & collateral as needed.
- Providing support to team members with online marketing catalog when needed.
- Other duties to support the marketing and sales department as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred or relevant field and/or equivalent in progressive work experience.
- Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or relevant field with proven ability to manage marketing projects and strategies.
- Experience using email marketing platforms, social media tools and other marketing tools.
- Independently obtains the necessary skills required to perform duties and keep up with current technology.
- Proactive, positive, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint.
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
- Ability to respond to online reviews in a timely manner with appropriate responses.
- Displays the ability to follow up with team members and vendors to ensure projects are kept up-to-date and moving forward to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage website content through use of WordPress.
Salary commensurate with experience, starting at $45,000.00 per year.
