The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Concierge Manager to oversee all maintenance, repair, safety compliance and upkeep activities for the Community. Providing a clean and safe physical environment that will enhance our residents’ well-being and promote safety.
- Oversees facility Central Supply to ensure all logistical needs are met.
- Responds to emergencies and provide in-services on emergency equipment.
- Oversees the ordering and/or distribution of supplies and the ordering/turning-in of supplies and equipment. Assures that dietary needs, housekeeping needs, nursing and other supplies are appropriately stored and promptly distributed.
- Supervises all employees within the Concierges Department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Hawaii Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of community emergency resources, protective equipment, and power tools required.
- Customer service, housekeeping and maintenance experience in long term care or healthcare industry preferred.
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
- First Aid and CPR preferred. (can be done in-house).
