We are seeking a talented bar prep to join our team of seasoned professionals for our bar.
As a cafe and bar featuring locally sourced, vegetable-centric options inspired by new world American cuisine. The cocktail bar seeks to elevate seasonal classics through new artisanal spirits, liqueurs, and house-made infusions. The draft beer program is a selection of craft beers from highly sought-after breweries all over the US. The wines compliment the dynamic menu, focusing on local wines in addition to Old World growers from France, Austria, and Germany.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Beverage Director and bartenders to ensure consistent and high standards
- Juice citrus fruit daily
- Maintain an array of spirit infusions
- Fat wash spirits
- Batch cocktails
- Make various flavored syrups and cordials using fresh and dried ingredients
- Manage in-house ice program, freezing and cutting blocks of ice daily
- Prep garnishes
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end cocktail bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of bar preparation techniques, including but not limited to citrus juicing, fat washing, spirit infusions, creating flavored cordials and syrups
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Passion for beverage and staying updated with industry trends and techniques
Salary : $18 - $25
