Job Posting for Business Development Representative at The Vines Hospital
The Business Development Representative meets with current and potential referrals to develop new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the strategic marketing plan thereby strengthening our relationship with these sources. Represents the facility to the community, interested persons, and potential referral sources within the identified market service area. Performs local marketing functions as assigned by the Director of Business Development.
Education:
Bachelor’s Level Degree in Marketing or related business field preferred or equivalent work experience in related field.
Experience:
Two (2) years in Marketing/Sales, preferably in the Medical/Psychiatric field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word. Excellent verbal and written skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and set priorities. Ability to develop creative marketing ideas. Some travel required.
Physical Requirements:
Irregular and long hours may be required occasionally. Exposure to patients and progress conditions. Extensive travel required. Lifting and loading twenty (20) pound boxes containing brochures and/or literature and fifty (50) pound display boards, etc.
