Real Estate Agent

Duties:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Prepare and present offers to clients and handle counteroffers
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in regulations
- Market properties through online listings, advertisements, and networking

Requirements:

- Valid real estate license in the state of [Location]
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Knowledge of property management principles
- Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
