Our well established private practice in Chambersburg, PA (17201) is seeking a Dental Front Office / Treatment Coordinator to join our team! We offer a warm and inviting office environment where we utilize cutting edge technology to provide the best patient care available.

Ideal candidate is customer service oriented, can multi-task and most importantly values integrity. Previous dental office experience with treatment / financial planning and scheduling is required.

Schedule : Full Time position, Monday-Thursday (35 - 40 hours per week)

Compensation :

  • $21-$26 per hour (Based on experience)

  • Maintain productive doctor & hygiene schedule
  • Main point of contact for new patients
  • Attend treatment consultations, discuss consequences of non treatment,
  • Prepare written treatment plans, present treatment to patients , financial arrangements
  • Prepare patients for surgery by coordinating their pre-op medical clearance, consent, prescriptions
  • Coordinate treatment with other provider’s offices
  • All correspondence with referring offices
  • Follow up calls with patients not yet scheduled for treatment
  • Maintain case acceptance log and statistics
  • Provide monthly stats for the practice
  • AR tracking, statements, collections
  • Maintain inventory, ordering, and manage budget for nonclinical supplies
  • Maintaining up to date schedule including doctors continuing education schedule
  • Licensing and Credentialing
