Responsibilities
- Performs intake and orientation.
- Maintains client records, community contacts, and referrals.
- Takes on counseling duties when proficient as deemed by the clinical supervisor and time availability.
- Learns core competencies including assessments, treatment planning, group and individual sessions.
- Ongoing training based on evaluation of competencies under the intensive supervision plan to perform: Screening, Assessment, Treatment Planning and implementation of Treatment Plan. Must receive supervision and maintain documentation of the supervision plan.
- Completes timely insurance reviews (or communicates needs to supervisor or treatment team) under supervision.
Requirements
- Idaho Substance Use Disorder Certified.
- Knowledge of addiction and its treatment and thorough knowledge of “Alcoholics Anonymous” philosophy.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary treatment team format.
- Must be CPR certified within 90 days of hire.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Self-identified person in recovery from a Substance Use Disorder must have a minimum of three years of sobriety from substances of abuse.
- Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check, UA, and TB test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $29.35 per hour
