Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock.
- Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to service.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on operational performance.
- Utilize Toast POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food management, and food service operations.
- Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Toast POS
- Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to identify top talent for the team.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
