The Field Technician plays a critical role in supporting the IT and Operations teams within a company owned market (40-50 restaurants) by ensuring store-level technology repairs are conducted quickly in the field, preventative maintenance field visits are performed regularly, unreturned IT equipment is picked up regularly, and new technology implementations are well executed and efficient. This role will require on-call shifts to respond to emergency scenarios at sites as well, including rotating weekends. This role will execute daily assigned tasks and report on completion status within a work management system.
Responsibilities
Execute daily work assignments efficiently so that they meet installations and service standards
Manage technology hardware inventory to ensure all materials needed are available each day
Report all work completion status and/or escalate to appropriate team for SLA adherence
Education: Bachelors Degree
Clean driving record
5 years of technical experience in the desktop, application deployment, configuration management cabling and hardware installation.
In-depth experience in configuration management of a technology platform (such as servers, networks, storage, applications, or PCs)

This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is XX% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
